Job Description: The Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Reporting position is a meaningful role reporting to the VP of Corporate Reporting within Fidelity’s Corporate Finance team. The role requires strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines to support Fidelity’s enterprise reports and quarterly business reporting. This role will be part of the preparation of various ESG reports required by some jurisdictions where FMR operates (e.g. TCFD, CSRD, EU Taxonomy, GHG reporting), an annual corporate environmental report, an annual investment stewardship report, and Fidelity’s Annual Report. This role involves ESG data entry, data analysis, climate impact reporting, and closely monitoring the evolving global regulatory landscape for sustainability reporting to ensure compliance with both current and future requirements. Additionally, the role will assist with providing thought leadership on enhancing our reporting frameworks. Staying informed about voluntary ESG reporting developments is critical to maintain consistency and alignment with standard processes. The successful candidate will collaborate with associates globally to integrate ESG considerations into our reporting processes, analyze regulatory changes, and assess their impact on our ESG reporting. This individual will calculate Fidelity's greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and assist with the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new software solutions to support ESG reporting. The Corporate Reporting Team The team prepares, analyzes, and reviews quarterly and annual corporate business reporting for Fidelity. The Skills You Bring A bachelor's degree in business, environmental science, or a related field is required with four or more years' experience working in corporate reporting or relevant ESG work, preferably within financial services. Experience with ESG reporting standards and frameworks, such as TCFD and CSRD, calculating GHG emissions (scope 1, 2, & 3), and a dedication to staying updated with the latest guidelines and developments. Familiarity with sustainability reporting software/tools is helpful. Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and change while remaining focused on end goals. A collaborative approach while working in a team environment. Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
