Job Description: Job Description Based within the Treasury Risk, Insurance and Program Management team in Corporate Treasury, this role is accountable for coordinating, improving, and delivering of value across Treasury and its key business partners. The main functions of this role include program management, data analysis, treasury management system support and executive report preparation. To successfully complete these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will be capable of supporting multiple projects across all areas of focus. They will be able to effectively contribute to sophisticated analysis, can multi-task, and be an excellent teammate who thrives in a small, impactful work environment. The Value You Deliver Planning, organizing, and managing Corporate Treasury medium- and long-term initiatives with immediate focus on the implementation of a treasury management system. Working with project leaders and stakeholders, including external vendors, to outline clear goals and formulating strategies to drive the success of projects. Designing accurate project timelines to ensure tasks are completed and goals are met. Coordinating roles and responsibilities within Treasury and with key partners and ensuring active engagement. Monitoring and communicating project status, decision points and issues to senior management to ensure goals are achieved. Adjusting milestones and resource allocation to align with priorities. Delivering multiple work streams simultaneously. Performing proactive and targeted data analysis to identify improvement strategies with our project partners. The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor’s degree with 5 year(s) of treasury and/or project management experience required. Treasury Management system and other treasury related technology experience preferred. Ability to apply program management strategies including defining work, guiding project execution, recommending process improvements, reporting, and tracking the effectiveness of process and engaging with stakeholders. Experience in data analysis techniques and visualization tools (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Power BI). Effective in participating in a variety of different projects and collaborating with varying team members. Strong prioritization skills in dealing with ambitious demands. Proven written and oral communication skills – can articulate clearly with all levels of employees. Keen attention to detail combined with the ability to summarize findings in an organized, professional manner. Strong cross-functional collaboration. The Team The Treasury Risk, Insurance and Program Management team provides in-depth analytical support and drives the critical initiatives for Corporate Treasury through internal and external collaboration. Insurance structures, negotiates, and implements sound insurance protection to cover the operational and business risks of FMR, the Fidelity Funds and any FMR subsidiaries or related entities. Treasury Risk proactively engages in self-assessment of risks including operational, technology, financial, and organization risks. Treasury Risk identifies, analyzes, aggregates, and reports on significant risk events and helps management improve controls and processes. The Program Management function was established to be a permanent change management culture and delivering on a multiyear process and technology transformation project within the Treasury function.
