Job Title : Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Compensation : $300,000 - $328,000 annually (based on experience)

Job Description :

As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM), you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding into new markets (grocery / retail and high-end / franchise-owned restaurants), and nurturing existing accounts. You will work closely with FMS field and account delivery teams to ensure customer success.

This role requires strategic leadership to drive adoption of FMS Solutions' offerings, including :

  • FMS Managed Accounting and Financial Services
  • FMS SaaS Account Platform
  • Labor Management (Payroll)
  • Workhappy Employee Experience Mobile Application
  • FMS Grocery Order Tracking (GOT) Systems
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive year-over-year revenue growth in assigned accounts.
  • Develop and execute long-term territory strategies aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including CEOs, CFOs, and COOs.
  • Use solution selling and M.E.D.D.I.C sales methodology to prospect and close new business.
  • Coordinate internal resources to meet customer needs.
  • Deliver tailored value propositions for prospects and customers.
  • Requirements :

  • 10 years of sales and account management experience in grocery retail, restaurants, or related industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to travel regionally (40%-60%) and support trade shows and related events.
  • Bilingual in Spanish or knowledge of Asian cultures is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Office 360, and PowerPoint.
  • Preferred Experience :

    Knowledge of competitors in accounting, payroll services, and financial systems (e.g., JD Edwards, Oracle, Great Plains).

  • Employment Type : Full-time

    Seniority Level : Mid-Senior (ability to present, negotiate, and build relationships with executives).

    Additional Notes :

  • This position includes a 50 / 50 salary and bonus structure.
  • A background and credit check will be conducted as part of the hiring process and annually thereafter.
  • Ongoing professional development, including company-sponsored sales training, is required.
