Position Summary
The Total Rewards Coordinator supports the administration and coordination of the organization's total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and recognition activities that attract, retain, and motivate employees. Additionally, this position will support the leave administration process and HRIS management. The Total Rewards Coordinator ensures data accuracy, compliance with policies, and seamless communication with employees and vendors.
Benefits
- Administers employee benefits programs such as health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.
- Support employees with inquiries regarding benefits, providing clear and timely responses. Serves as a liaison between employees and vendors to resolve escalated claims.
- Supports the annual benefits renewal process, including the coordination of annual open enrollment process, communication, and vendor data feeds. Assists employees with the open enrollment process.
- Conducts benefits orientation for new hires. Informs employees on available benefits, eligibility, and enrollment procedures.
- Participates in benefit surveys. Gather and compile data to access how the organization's benefits compare to industry benchmarks and competitors.
- Reviews monthly invoices from benefits providers (e.g., health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability) for accuracy. Reconcile invoices against employee enrollments and payroll deductions to identify discrepancies.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field required.
Experience Requirements
A minimum of one year of human resources and benefits administration required. Previous experience supporting compensation and leave administration, and HRIS highly preferred.

Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOK, HRIS, compensation software.
Licenses / Certifications
Professional certification is a plus (CCP, CPB, CEBS, PHR, SPHR)
Working Conditions
Office setting within a manufacturing environment. May be exposed to loud machinery and dangerous chemicals when on the plant floor. Must be able to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds unassisted.
