Maintenance Supervisor
DEPARTMENT:

CFO, Operations

None (possibly in the future)
POSITION CLASSIFICATION:
SUMMARY: Inspects and maintains all financial institution properties (buildings, grounds, non-financial equipment, vehicles, etc.). Serves as the back-up courier for the branch network.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform general/preventative maintenance and repairs at all FNB Bank owned properties.

Maintain grounds by sweeping lots. removing debris/trash and pulling weeds.
- Winter: some sidewalk treatment (salt) and snow removal may be required.
- Exterior Cleaning: drive-thru canopies, ATM/ITM surrounds, buildings, signage. etc.
- Inspect buildings and grounds for any possible repairs or problems on a continuous basis.
- Assess / Repair minor plumbing, electrical & HVAC, when problems arise (up to personal comfort level).
- Responsible for interior and some exterior painting, including wall repairs, sanding, priming and painting

Respond to maintenance emergencies at all FNB Bank properties.
- This may include Saturday morning maintenance (emergencies only).
- Responsible for identifying, selecting and managing of contractors hired to work on buildings, grounds, equipment and vehicles, mowers, window cleaners, plumbers, electricians, HVAC, general contractors, etc.
- Oversee the cleaning solution at each location. Management of cleaning contractors and FNB Bank’s cleaning equipment (vacuums, mops, brooms, etc.).
- Ability to move furniture and equipment around and between offices.

Perform maintenance and repairs on foreclosed property, including securing the property.
- This also includes repossessed assets (vehicles, campers, ATV/UTV, equipment, etc.)

Serve as courier throughout the week to bank branches, schools, businesses, etc., as needed.
- Back-up primary courier on weekly branch runs, as needed
- Maintain the Main Office basement in good working order (organized, document shredding, furnace maintenance, etc.)
- Assists with other FNB Bank projects, as needed.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- A background including skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing and/or HVAC.
- Must have basic set of tools for use on job. Specialized tools will be purchased by the bank.
- Must have a demonstrative ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Good relationships with local contractors.
- Familiarity with routes and locations of other financial institution branches.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Willing to train on or existing knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act and other applicable regulations.
