Duties / Responsibilities:
- Interview customers to obtain information and explain available financial services
- Take and direct phone calls from customers, schedule appointments, update customer information.
- Balance loan systems, daily report verification and reconciliation, accept and process loan payments
- Prepare and process various loan forms and supporting documents, including loan write-ups, input reports, paid notes, and lien perfecting items.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in operating a calculator, computer, and basic communication skills
- Trustworthiness to maintain strict confidentiality
- Service oriented, willing to fill the needs of each customer to the fullest extent
