Job Description for ACCOUNT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
THIS POSITION REPORTS TO:
Account Services Supervisor
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:
High school graduate and 2 years Banker or Operations experience with FNBT or equivalent
Working knowledge of bank regulations and procedures
Applies experience and sound judgment to avert or solve problems
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite / technology orientated
Excellent customer service skills
Must have professional appearance and telephone voice
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be self-motivated and dependable
Maintain confidentiality of customer information
PRIMARY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participates in all tasks assigned to the Account Services team
Responsible for completion of reports and maintenance based on varied workflows
Knowledgeable in all bank regulations and how they apply to operations tasks and procedures
Responsible for processing IRA reports and transactions with complete accuracy
Assists in maintaining the Account Services mailbox / processes work maintaining SLA requirements / responds to clients and branch team member inquiries as needed
Demonstrates desire to learn and train on tasks within the department
Participates in department audits
Provides Account Services internal call group coverage handling subject matter expert call volume
Maintain product knowledge to assist with customer inquiries and promote bank products and services
Participates in ongoing training as necessary
Know where the CRA notice, statement and public disclosure file is located in the Branch and who the CRA Officer is
Understands and complies with Bank mission, organizational structure, employee handbook, bank security, policies and procedures, standards of conduct and incentive program
Perform other duties as needed or assigned
