We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Analyst to join our dynamic Corporate Finance team at FNEX. As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis, supporting financial modeling, and assisting in strategic financial decisions for our clients. Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Analyst to join our dynamic Corporate Finance team at FNEX. As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis, supporting financial modeling, and assisting in strategic financial decisions for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with senior professionals in a fast-paced, challenging environment while contributing to critical transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and other advisory services.
Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis & Modeling:
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models (including discounted cash flow (DCF), precedent transaction, and comparable company analyses).
- Conduct financial analysis of corporate performance, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Perform industry and market research to support strategic financial recommendations and client presentations.
- Transaction Support:
- Assist in the preparation of materials for client meetings, pitch presentations, and internal discussions.
- Provide financial and strategic analysis to support M&A, capital raising, and other financial advisory transactions.
- Conduct due diligence and financial assessments of potential investment opportunities.
- Client Interaction:
- Collaborate with senior bankers and clients to understand financial needs and assist in developing tailored financial strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and investment memorandums for internal and external stakeholders.
- Risk & Performance Analysis:
- Evaluate risk profiles and assess the impact of strategic decisions on client financials.
- Analyze operational performance and identify areas for financial improvement and efficiency.
- Market Research:
- Track and report on trends in the corporate finance space, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, and market conditions.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the firm’s business development efforts.
- Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field is required.
- MBA or relevant advanced degrees are preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related financial services.
- Proven experience in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial analysis.
- Previous exposure to M&A, capital markets, and corporate finance transactions is highly desirable.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, financial modeling, and data analysis).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and senior professionals.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ) is a plus.

Salary : $143,433 - $187,235
