We are searching for a Highway Structures Superintendent with at least 5 years of supervisory and heavy/highway construction experience.
Who We Are
FNF Construction, Inc.is a general contractor providing heavy civil construction services throughout the Southwestern United States.
- Ensure project completion on time, within budget, and per the project plans and specifications.
- Enforce company policy as it relates to safety and quality.
- Work with operations manager to insure adequate manpower and equipment is allocated to the project.
- Work with project management to derive construction schedules, progress estimates, change orders, and report work completed to date.
- Manage field operations and coordinate work with other personnel and subcontractors.
- Perform material and quantity estimates for various phases and scopes of work completed.
- Work with project owners and engineers to achieve required results.
- Maintain daily progress reports.
Manage and oversee the activities and construction associated with highway structures/heavy civil projects.
Candidates must have an acceptable 3 year driving history to operate a company vehicle.
Must be willing to travel. FNF offers health, dental, vision, and life insurance as well as a 401k program.
