Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage freight forwarding and transportation pricing.
  • Develop customized pricing for OOG (oversized & heavy cargo) transport, including Flat Rack (FR), Open Top (OT), and Breakbulk (BB).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors; negotiate domestic transportation costs (CNTR, Flatbed, OTR) and special equipment rates with carriers.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to optimize pricing strategies and reduce overweight/oversized cargo costs.
  • Report sales and pricing performance on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external reporting requirements.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of the domestic supply chain, including market conditions, pricing structures, transportation modes, and equipment.


Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets to enhance customer solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for vendor and carrier management.
