Role Description
The Markets Business Analyst role is responsible for business and functional solution design, technical analysis of FNZ's Syn~ platform capabilities, business processes analysis and end to end testing (including supporting client UAT).
This role demands individuals who :

Team Responsibilities
The FNZ Markets Product Management team is responsible for the defining and managing Syn~ feature sets and configuration, plus supporting the sales team in winning & sizing new projects.
The team also provides business consulting for existing and new customers in a variety of contexts, including proposition definition, Scope definition, Business transformation, customer training and knowledge transfer, and the definition of bespoke requirements where required for customer Syn~ solutions.
Once business outcomes are understood from FNZ clients, these must be accurately documented and fed into the development team to ensure they are easily understood and precise to deliver the right outcome for our clients.
The team also works closely with FNZ's Technology, Delivery and Support teams to ensure that robust and supportable solutions are delivered into production environments.
