Electro-Mechanical Technician

Position Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned, experienced (5 years minimum) technician to be part of our maintenance team directly involved in equipment installation and maintenance of 12 Car Wash locations, a Shell Mart Convenience store located in Dutchess and Orange Counties.
Responsibilities:

Perform new equipment installation and/or equipment relocation

Perform preventative maintenance of equipment
-
Be part of a team that implements ideas to improve uptime of equipment through equipment modifications, layout adjustments, and general machine maintenance

Troubleshoot electrical, Pump/Water Systems, and mechanical systems.
Skills and Competency Desired:
-
Electro-Mechanical experience & understanding
-
Industrial/mechanical background helpful

Control wiring, troubleshooting, PLC programming, VFD’s, CCTV etc.

Plumbing skills & other trade skills such as welding are helpful
-
Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics is helpful
-
Ability to work in varied environmental conditions; both indoor and outdoor

Travel between locations as needed based on scheduled and non-scheduled priorities.

Be a team player! Ability to work with management, peers, site personnel and the ability to work independently.
