Inspector

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inspector to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards and specifications. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our production processes and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The Inspector will work closely with various departments to analyze quality management systems and implement effective quality control measures.

Duties

• Conduct thorough inspections of products at various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze inspection data and report findings to management, highlighting areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues in real-time.
• Implement and maintain quality management systems in accordance with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and CGMP.
• Ensure adherence to HACCP principles during food production processes.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
• Participate in audits and assist in the development of corrective action plans for non-conformities.
• Train staff on quality inspection procedures and best practices.

Skills

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Knowledge of quality management principles, including Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA).
• Familiarity with fabrication processes and their impact on product quality.
• Understanding of HACCP, ISO 9001, CGMP, and other relevant quality systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration across departments.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
