Foamcraft is the leader in foam fabrication and has been for decades. We are looking for someone to join our family as General Labor at our Elkhart, Indiana location.
Foamcraft was founded in 1952. Now, 70 years later, Foamcraft has grown from one small foam shop in downtown Indianapolis to five facilities across Indiana. We are committed to positively contributing to the community and providing creative and meaningful work.

This role starts at $14 an hour. Employees are eligible for $0.50 increases four times in the first year based on performance – or up to $2 in the first year. We also pay a $120 bi-weekly perfect attendance incentive for all those who qualify.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assembly of glued parts as instructed
- Other miscellaneous general labor jobs
- Observing all safety rules and regulations
- Packing of foam parts per customer specifications
An ideal candidate will have a positive attitude towards their coworkers and their job. Must be dependable and flexible. They must be able to understand and follow all company policies and regulations.
