Foamcraft is the leader in foam fabrication and has been for decades. We are looking for individuals to join our family as a Packer at our Goshen, Indiana location.
Foamcraft was founded in 1952. Now, 70 years later, Foamcraft has grown from one small foam shop in downtown Indianapolis to five facilities across Indiana. We are committed to positively contributing to the community and providing creative and meaningful work.

This role starts at $14 an hour. Employees are eligible for $0.50 increases four times in the first year based on performance – or up to $2 in the first year. We also pay a $120 bi-weekly perfect attendance incentive for all those who qualify.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Packing of foam parts per customer specifications.
- Loading packages into carts and loading carts into trailers.
- Other miscellaneous jobs
- Observing all safety rules and regulations. Training will be provided.
An ideal candidate ust be able to accruately read a tape measure. They will have a positive attitude towards their coworkers and their job. Must be dependable and flexible. They must be able to understand and follow all company policies and regulations.
