Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and target potential clients in the healthcare industry.
- Close deals with clients to provide them with our staffing services, focusing on CNAs and Nurses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure the smooth onboarding and placement of staff.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
