- Salary Range : $23.46 / hr-$30 / hr (If it's more than 50 miles)

Current CNA certification in the state where employed.Two forms of identification (Driver's License and Social Security card)Full COVID VaccinationMost recent Negative PPD (within last 12 months) OR Chest X-ray (within last 5 years)CPR (Must have hands-on skills assessment portion)1 years of CNA experienceAt least 6 months of previous experience in a Long-Term Care and / or Assisted Living settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a team.Reliable transportationClean Criminal BackgroundEssential Duties and Responsibilities :
Assist patients with daily needs, such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and personal hygieneMonitor and record vital signs, blood glucose, and other patient information as directedAdminister medications to patients as prescribed by the physician or nurseAssist patients in therapy and rehabilitation programsAssist in the maintenance of a clean and safe environment for patientsProvide emotional and psychological support to patients and their familiesReport any changes in patient condition or behavior to the registered nurse or licensed practical nurseDocument patient care activities accurately and in a timely mannerWorking Conditions :
The CNA will be required to work in a healthcare facility, including hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. The job may require the CNA to lift and move patients or heavy equipment. Evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required.
