This is a high-energy, entry-level opportunity with uncapped commission potential!

What You'll Do:

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing to generate leads
• Set appointments and follow up to close the deal
• Distribute marketing materials and educate homeowners about our services
• Engage with homeowners at events and in the community
• Track leads and customer data in our CRM system
• Meet performance goals and take ownership of results
• Receive hands-on training in lead generation and sales
• Represent Focal Point Remodeling with professionalism and enthusiasm

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven
• Enjoy talking with people & possess high energy
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

• Customer service experience
• Canvassing or sales experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $375.00 - $5,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
