Company Description
- Rapidly growing boutique law firm is seeking full-time or part-time junior associates for growing Southern California based practice in the areas of immigration, criminal defense, and civil litigation.
- Work towards developing your skills in different practice areas with a focus on helping the California immigrant community.
- Work from home most of the time, virtual hearings when permitted by the judge / court. Occasional requirement to come into the office for client consultations and meetings.
- Fee splitting arrangement when bringing in new clients and bonuses for positive client reviews.
- Those with little or no experience will be mentored and trained, and all associates are provided with a robust office staff including a dedicated paralegal or legal assistant.
- Associates will be responsible for handling cases from initial consult to conclusion. Providing legal advice and representation to clients, conducting research on laws and regulations, writing motions and briefs as needed, and representing clients in both state court proceedings and EOIR removal proceedings.
