Role Overview: We're seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our Supply Chain Management (SCM) team. In this role, you'll perform a range of administrative duties under supervisory direction, helping maintain data accuracy, support compliance, and manage supplier-related tasks.

- Support supplier registration and maintenance processes in Oracle
- Respond to Accounts Payable and supplier-related inquiries
- Assist with U.S. Government compliance audits and reporting
- Maintain and post reports and metrics to the SCM Portal
- Monitor and manage the iSupplier inbox
- Facilitate onboarding and modification activities for suppliers
- Assist with part/item reassignments and buyer/planner code updates
- Strong technical aptitude and experience working with data and applications (especially Microsoft Excel)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Comfortable working under pressure and with compressed deadlines
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
