- Focus Behavioral Health strives to help every individual we work with reach their full potential, and we are currently seeking Direct Support Professionals to support adults with an Intellectual & Developmental Disorder (IDD) diagnosis and/or Autism. You will assist individuals to complete daily tasks, participate in community activities and achieve goals.
