We operate seven days a week, with support hours from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Shifts are 8 or 10 hours long, and the option to work remotely or on-site will be based on schedule and performance. This is a full-time position, with regular working hours and occasional overtime as needed. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate clearly and concisely with customers, co-workers, and business contacts, and will have a strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
