Senior Full Stack Software Engineer - Biotech AI Startup

In this role, you will be responsible for developing interactive web applications that empower researchers to visualize results and genomic sequences, enabling them to uncover novel insights and medical breakthroughs. You will have end-to-end ownership of new web applications and technological tools, including back-end code, microservices, REST APIs, and user interfaces.

This position is based in San Francisco and requires in-office attendance 3 times per week.

Minimum Qualifications :

• 5 years of experience programming in Python (must be open to learning new technologies such as Golang).
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks, specifically React and Angular.
• TypeScript experience is an advantage.
• Proven experience working with ETL processes, relational databases, SQL, NoSQL, or MongoDB.
• A strong desire to work in the biotech sector.
• Professional experience in cloud environments (AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with CI / CD concepts.
• Data visualization experience is a plus.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Outstanding communication skills are essential.
