Medical Assistant for in home assessments

This position offers the unique fulfillment of local travel and the opportunity of face-to-face interactions with members directly in the comfort of their home.

You'll play a vital role in completing HEDIS Measures and setting up comprehensive assessments such as Annual Wellness & Quality Gap Care visits for our members in their homes.

Location:

We are hiring in the state of Maine. The applicants must be local and have reliable transportation.

Schedule:

• 40 hours of availability, Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5 pm
• Seeing between 6-8 patients per day.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform complex patient-oriented testing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient privacy.
• Deliver a warm, caring experience for our members.
• Maintain high member satisfaction and efficient communication.

Requirements:

• 75 Mile travel radius
• Experience with Optical Screenings
• You are proficient in telemedicine tools and comfortable in an in-home setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers or CPR/AED is required.
• Experience in Internal Medicine, or Family Practice is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
