Location : New York, USA (2-3 days a week on client site)
Salary : Circa $200,000 USD plus 20% bonus & benefits
A proven background leading multiple full lifecycle implementations of Financials Essential for this position. Ideally you’ll have a 5 year background in Project Management having led Large cycle, complex implementation assignments on Global programmes
Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to join our leading consulting partner in the US. The successful candidate will work on a unique and well-storied implementation of Workday, contributing their expertise to a large, complex deployment, including finance modules. This role requires extensive experience in full lifecycle implementations of ERP systems such as Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle or other ERP finance systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee the implementation of Workday ERP systems, including finance deployment.
- Manage large, complex deployment rollouts, ensuring project milestones and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop project plans.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
