The right candidate for this role will hold active Workday Time & Absence implementation certifications and have consulting experience at a Workday partner implementing Workday T&A for clients. End-to-end configuration experience and expertise in Workday T&A is required.

Role - Workday Time & Absence Lead
Employer - leading boutique Workday implementation partner
Location - US or Canada
Working model - remote
Type - permanent, full time
Salary - up to $170k for US, up to C$200k for Canada
Projects - Workday phase 1 implementation
Focus - lead Workday Time & Absence implementations for clients including leading design sessions and end-to-end configuration
Requirements :
3 years of Workday T&A experience
Active Workday partner certifications (Time Tracking & Absence preferred)
Consulting experience at a Workday partner
Experience leading Workday T&A implementations
Strong communication and client facing skills including stakeholder management
