\n- Lead the deployment, configuration, and enhancement of HCM systems (Workday, Oracle, ADP) to optimize HR processes.
- Oversee system integrations with payroll, benefits, and other enterprise platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity.
- Establish and enforce best practices, governance, and standardization in HR technology to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Drive automation and process improvements, leveraging technology to streamline workflows and reduce manual efforts.
- Serve as a strategic liaison between HR, IT, and business units, ensuring system capabilities align with organizational needs.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee system performance to ensure optimal functionality.
- Develop and execute change management strategies, including user training, communication plans, and adoption initiatives.
- Lead multiple HR technology projects, managing timelines, budgets, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience managing HCM systems and leading HR technology projects.
- Expertise in Workday, Oracle, ADP, and experience with system integrations.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple projects, timelines, and budgets.
- Experience driving HR system transformation, establishing Centers of Excellence, and defining best practices.
- Proficiency in change management and training strategies to enhance user adoption.

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $100,000 - $115,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
