Job Summary :

Jani King, a leader in the commercial cleaning industry, is seeking a Cold Calling Account Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be highly proactive, responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by acquiring new clients through cold calling, targeted emails, and in-person visits. This role requires a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is comfortable reaching out to potential clients in various industries to promote our professional cleaning services.

Duties :

  • Conduct high-volume cold calls, schedule in-person visits, and send targeted emails to potential clients to introduce Jani King’s commercial cleaning services.
  • Actively seek out new business opportunities through a variety of outreach methods, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Accurately estimate the scope of cleaning services required for each potential client, preparing competitive proposals.
  • Negotiate and close new contracts, ensuring the company's services meet client expectations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Use CRM and other sales tools to track leads, monitor progress, and maintain organized records.
  • Drive new business development to expand Jani King’s customer base.

Requirements :

  • Experience in cold calling or outbound sales : Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects through phone calls, emails, and in-person outreach.
  • Strong communication skills : Ability to confidently engage and build rapport with potential clients, handle objections, and present services effectively.
  • Self-motivation and drive : Ability to work independently, set personal goals, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills : Experience in negotiating contracts and successfully closing deals.
  • Time management and organization : Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple leads, and keep accurate records of interactions in CRM systems.
  • Adaptability and resilience : Ability to handle rejection and bounce back to keep pushing forward in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Understanding of market trends : Ability to research and analyze industry data to identify new opportunities.
