Summary of Job Scope and Expectations:
The Brand Ambassador is responsible for providing quality service to Guests, with accountability for:
- Ensuring Workability, Intensity & Integrity
- Performing Front of House (FOH) responsibilities as directed by Shift Leader
- Greeting Guests, serving food, and handling payment at the cash register
- Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the store

Job Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Some high school
- Prefer some Operations experience
Food Safety:
- Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler and ServSafe certifications, acquired at applicant’s own expense
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Embody Focus’s Mission, Values, Culture, and Environment
- Basic understanding of all Operations practices and concepts, including store opening and closing
- Knowledge of cash handling policy and procedures
- Knowledge of steam table operations, serving protocols, and menu
- Ability to consistently apply Focus Group cash handling policy and procedures
- Ability to perform all FOH duties
- Ability to learn basic cooking (chow mein and rice)
- Understanding of work and food safety and application of the work and food safety checklists
- Understanding of proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals
