Responsibilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Communicate professionally with all customers, staff, and supervisors.
- Demonstrate hospitality and exhibit knowledge of food service industry.
- Take pride in providing quality food & excellent service to our guests.
- Must be able to follow proper food handling and preparation guidelines.
- Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Sanitizing Food Preparation Surfaces: Regularly clean and disinfect food prep areas, cutting, clean dishes, boards, and utensils to prevent cross-contamination.
- Organizing Storage Areas: Keep storage spaces tidy and organized to prevent pests and ensure food safety.
- Emptying and Sanitizing Trash Receptacles: Regularly empty trash bins and sanitize them to prevent odors and pests.
- Maintaining Dry, Clean Floors: Regularly sweep and mop floors to prevent slips and falls.
- Enforcing Fire Safety: Ensure fire exits are clear, fire extinguishers are accessible, and fire safety protocols are followed.
- Ensuring Optimal Working Conditions: Provide a clean and safe environment for staff to work efficiently.
