About the Role :
This role involves high-volume phone calling to schedule appointments for our sales team. The position is hybrid-based in the Greater Miami area. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume calling environment. Experience in SaaS sales or related industries is highly preferred .
Responsibilities :
- Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential clients.
- Identify decision makers and qualify leads based on specific criteria.
- Schedule appointments between potential clients and our sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and appointments in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and maintain engagement.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide support.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and stay updated on industry trends and company offerings.
