Job Overview
Focus Financial Services & Insurance is a multi line insurance agency and also a growing financial planning firm that is part of the LPL network of advisors through Prudential.
We are seeking a certified financial planner to help serve our ongoing boarding of new P&C clients and existing clients. We are a well established P&C agency with over 3000 clients And growing.
We are in the early stages of development for our financial planning side of the business and are looking for someone that is excitable with an entrepreneurial mindset to grow with a team mentality.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
- Develop customized financial plans that align with clients' goals and risk tolerance.
- Provide guidance on wealth management strategies, including investment options and retirement planning.
- Assist clients with estate planning to ensure their assets are distributed according to their wishes.
- Utilize financial software to analyze data and create detailed reports for clients.
- Maintain strong customer relationship management practices to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Stay informed about market trends and changes in financial regulations that may impact clients' plans.
- Conduct regular reviews of clients' portfolios and adjust strategies as needed based on performance and changing circumstances.
- Engage in financial sales activities to promote products and services that meet clients' needs.
Skills
- Proficiency in wealth management techniques and estate planning principles.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge to support financial analysis tasks.
- Experience with various financial software tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
- Proven track record in financial sales, demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Knowledge of cash management strategies to optimize clients' liquidity positions.
- Strong customer relationship management skills to build rapport with clients and address their concerns effectively.
- A solid understanding of fundamental financial concepts that drive investment decisions.
