RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide accurate and efficient live transcription services during meetings, conferences, and other live events
- Ensure that transcriptions are clear, concise, and reflect the speaker's intent while adhering to formatting standards
- Utilize transcription software and equipment to deliver high-quality text outputs in real-time
- Collaborate with clients to understand specific transcription needs and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information covered during transcription sessions
- Proficiency in English with exceptional spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills
- Experience with transcription software and tools preferred
- Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to quickly understand and transcribe spoken language accurately
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high transcription quality
