As an Outbound Sales Representative at FOCUS LLC, you will play a vital role in driving our sales initiatives by reaching out to potential clients and presenting our marketing solutions. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of helping businesses grow and succeed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our services.
- Ability to quickly develop repour with potential customers through effective communication.
- Utilize sales techniques to negotiate and close deals.
- Document all interactions with clients in CRM for tracking purposes.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Continuously seek feedback and adapt your approach based on client responses.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing or outbound sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results.
- Familiarity with technology sales or software solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently while being open to coaching and direction.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is beneficial.
