**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll and be experienced with payroll software and processes. Experience with ADP is a big plus. This role will be responsible for processing all aspects of payroll, including benefits administration, journal entries, and compliance with governmental accounting regulations. The Payroll Manager will work closely with the Payroll Administrator and Director. As well as the Accounting and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
**Duties**
- Process the entire payroll for hotel portfolio from start to finish, including processing bi-weekly and preparing and submitting tax returns, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Administer employee benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plans, and other benefits as needed.
- Prepare and review journal entries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain knowledge of governmental accounting regulations, including the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Affordable Care Act.
- Perform technical accounting tasks, including calculating taxes and fees.
- Collaborate with the accounting and HR teams to resolve any payroll-related issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management.
