Intensive Therapy Program Director
We are seeking an Intensive Therapy Program Director to lead our intensive therapy program. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing intensive therapy programs and services that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our Clinical Director and other team members to achieve this goal.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement intensive therapy programs and services that meet the needs of our clients.
- Collaborate with our Clinical Director to develop and implement new programs and services, including therapy groups and workshops.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to provide feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to mental health services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local community organizations to promote our programs and services.
