We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Relations and Order Processing Specialist to join our clients team. This role involves working closely with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth order processing and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities :
- Order Management : Process customer orders, manage returns, and check shipping statuses efficiently.
- Customer Support : Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information about products, pricing, and availability.
- Issue Resolution : Actively listen to and resolve customer complaints, ensuring thorough follow-up to provide complete resolutions.
- Internal Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.

- Data Entry : Accurately enter sales orders and perform limited AP / AR duties as needed.
