What You’ll Do:
Training & Development Support (Primary Focus)
Assist in designing, organizing, and delivering employee training programs, including onboarding, compliance, and leadership development.

Work closely with the HR Director and leadership to identify training needs and implement development initiatives.

Maintain and update training materials, ensuring they align with company policies and industry best practices.

Support Focus University initiatives by tracking progress, coordinating learning opportunities, and assisting with content creation.
Policy Creation & Implementation
Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.

Educate employees and leaders on HR policies, reinforcing a culture of consistency and fairness.

Partner with the HR Director to review and refine workplace guidelines based on company growth and changes.
General HR Responsibilities
Recruiting Support: Post jobs, manage applicants, schedule interviews, and support hiring processes.

Onboarding & Employee Experience: Ensure new hires have a seamless onboarding experience with the right tools and training.

Employee Support: Assist with benefits, payroll troubleshooting, employee relations, and general HR inquiries.

Culture & Engagement: Help drive team-building activities, employee events, and engagement initiatives to strengthen our culture.

HR Administration: Keep records up to date, assist with reporting, and conduct time audits as needed.

Training & Development Experience: You have experience supporting or leading training initiatives and love helping others grow.
