What you are great at: (responsibilities)
Oversee crews of Maintenance Technicians, vendors and independent contractors at designated Focus Property Management properties, including but not limited to the following:
- Oversee the process of turning a unit between tenants (overseeing the install of new flooring, cabinets, vanities, lighting, appliances, etc)
- Communicate daily with crew captains on the schedule and progress of flips
- Set expectations with crew captains on due dates, cost and quality
- Facilitate training for new hires and continuous training for current employees
- Drive a positive, hardworking, fun work environment
- Ability to think critically to solve issues quickly and efficiently
- Walk off completed unit turns for quality and give feedback to crew captains
- Ensure crews are following all operating procedures
- Assist in training and following up on crew members logging all hours accurately according to time, task, and property
- Commit to delivering on the Focus brand
- Provide recognition and feedback as needed
- Continually developing team to learn additional skills
- Supervision, communication and delegation with crew captains and vendors
- Coordinate with vendors/independent contractors on flips within your territory, walk off their completed flips and following up as needed

- Effective communication skills

- Speed is life mentality - working efficiently and safely
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to lift 50lbs, frequently bending and lifting safely
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
- Ability to travel within assigned territory, Madison, Green Bay, Appleton, and Kaukauna
