Focus Search LLC is recruiting for an External Reporting Manager for a global tech company with offices in Portland and San Jose. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely presentation of financial information in SEC filings, including 10-Qs, along with analyzing the P&L and operating segment results, identifying key financial trends, and preparing external communications for investors and regulators. The role will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across finance, accounting, investor relations, and legal teams to ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations. oversee and mentor a team, drive process improvements, and support strategic financial initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, CPA strongly preferred
- 8 years of experience in accounting or finance (6 with a Master’s)
- Strong US GAAP and SEC reporting knowledge
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
