Role Overview
Focus Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead who will work across multiple business lines to anticipate and meet the organization's rapidly evolving human capital needs. The Talent Acquisition Lead will own the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and selecting outstanding candidates, building a network of passive candidates, and onboarding new hires. The Talent Acquisition Lead may also assist with other general HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing : Aggressively network, advertise, and message on various platforms such as LinkedIn to engage passive candidates. Work with third-party recruiters and agencies to source talent for strategic roles.
- Brand : Be the face of Focus through each candidate's recruitment experience with the goal of it being engaging and memorable for them.
- Hiring Excellence : Ownership of full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, assessing, selecting, and supporting top talent through their first day. This includes evaluating all skills, education, salary requirements, and candidates' potential. Participate when needed in follow-up interviews.
- Consultation : Provide managers with advice and counsel on the suitability of candidates for the job, the team, and the company.
- Business Knowledge : Develop strong knowledge of Focus, our culture, benefits, products, and services to sell the company, the job, and the career opportunity.
- ATS Administration : Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data integrity (archiving old jobs, tabled candidates, reviewing new applicants daily, etc.).
- Evolution of Recruiting Processes / Systems : Participate in projects to improve recruiting practices.
- Onboarding Liaison : Facilitate the onboarding process, including offer letters, background checks, IT requests, benefits enrollment, welcome emails / meetings, new-hire announcements, orientation, and scheduling employee check-ins as needed.
- Employee Data Management : Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Process employment eligibility verification (I-9) and coordinate organizational chart updates.
- SLA Steward : Partner with hiring managers and screeners to ensure that each step of the applicant's life cycle happens in a time commensurate with Focus internal SLAs and that the applicant is kept up to date.

Focus Solutions is a Wisconsin-based company with a 100% remote workforce. There may be occasional travel for onsite office meetings of import and for annual team meetings.
