Focus Staff is seeking a travel Medical Lab Technician for a travel job in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Medical Lab Technician Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 03 / 10 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel Radius Rule : Contractors must live outside a 50 mile radius Contract Length : 13 weeks Start Date : asap Guaranteed Hours per Week : 80 hrs biweekly , OT after 80 hrs worked in the second week Primary Location : Aspirus Rhinelander Shift Requirements : 8, 10, 12 hrs days pms and Nights Flexible scheduling is needed Float Requirements : Could float to Tomahawk, Eagle River, or Howard Young. Floating can and will be prescheduled if needed On Call / Call-Back : N / A Weekend / Holiday : every other weekend and holiday rotation Required Certifications : MLT or MT or CLS. ASCP, preferred but not required. AHA or ARC BLS Required Education : Associate or bachelor s degree Minimum Experience : 3 years core lab experience. 1 Travel required Charting / Equipment : Epic and Meditech preferred- Unit Specific Skillset Position will be primarily Lab Assistant with Phlebotomy required : Will be doing mostly Phlebotomy with processing of some urinalysis, chemistry and Kit test processing.
