The ideal candidate will possess at least 1 year of experience in a CVOR setting, with a strong foundation in providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing direct patient care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgeries and procedures
- Assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized plans of care
- Collaborating with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care transitions
- Participating in interdisciplinary rounds to discuss patient progress and plan for discharge or further treatment
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1 year of experience as a CVOR Registered Nurse, with a preference for candidates with 2 years of experience
- Valid CT RN License
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS certification
- Eligibility to work in the United States
