Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse (PCU RN) to join our team. As a PCU RN with Focus Staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Your duties will include conducting assessments, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and monitoring patient progress. You will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions between shifts and promote overall patient satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
