Our client is revolutionizing law enforcement training through cutting-edge technology that enhances de-escalation decision-making and improves officer safety.

Unlike traditional simulators, the scenario-based training platform is certified by law enforcement professionals and trusted by over 200 agencies.

Law enforcement and peace officers are trained on proprietary content relevant to what they experience on duty, including use of force, communication strategies, domestic violence training and more real-world, de-escalation strategies.

Backed by strong investors and law enforcement leadership, they're positioned for national expansion.

The Role

We're looking for a "Saving Private Ryan" style leader-someone who leads from the front, actively closing deals while building and mentoring a high-performing sales team.

This pivotal role focuses on driving mid-tier agency sales while supporting enterprise-level deals with larger police forces.

This is an opportunity to establish and scale a national sales mission in a mission-driven organization that's saving lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and exceeding targets
  • Spearhead business development efforts, driving mid-tier agency sales
  • Support and contribute to closing enterprise-level deals with larger municipal law enforcement agencies
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with law enforcement procurement cycles
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers across multiple jurisdictional levels
  • Establish scalable, repeatable sales processes to support national expansion
  • Take full ownership of personal and team revenue targets

Required Experience & Skills

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence law enforcement leadership
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiating, positioning, and closing complex deals
  • Ability to read the room, uncover client pain points, and tailor sales approaches dynamically
  • Experience with enterprise sales experience, with proven experience in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing successful sales teams
  • Strong experience navigating government procurement cycles and multi-stakeholder sales
  • Expertise in SaaS sales methodologies and consultative selling
  • Willingness to travel as needed for key sales opportunities
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing Account Management (AM) teams
  • GovTech / B2G or SLED Sales Experience
