About the Role:
We are seeking skilled and motivated .NET Software Engineers to join our team in Ontario, CA. You’ll play a key role in the design, development, and delivery of both Windows and web applications. As part of our Desktop team, you will leverage the latest .NET technologies to advance our existing codebase and help us maintain our position at the forefront of software innovation. While we value independence in problem-solving, we also thrive on collaboration to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality .NET code for both Windows and web applications using .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Work with technologies such as C#, ADO.NET, APIs, XML, JSON, Bootstrap, HTML, jQuery, SignalR, and dependency injections.
• Ensure optimized performance, scalability, security, and concurrency for web services.
• Design, implement, and maintain SQL Server databases, triggers, and stored procedures.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our codebase and technology stack while modularizing code for better maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, user-focused solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with .NET technologies in both Windows and web app development.
• Expertise in C#, ADO.NET, APIs, XML, JSON, and modern web development tools.
• Strong understanding of SQL Server, including database design, triggers, and stored procedures.
• Experience optimizing web service performance, scalability, and security.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in collaborative environments.
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering polished, high-quality features.
• Familiarity with core computer science concepts and principles.

• Experience with Git and unit testing frameworks.
