Now hiring assemblers - $15.00/hour! Job duties include: assisting in getting boxes from the back room, opening and removing the bikes, disposing of packaging materials, moving the bike to the display in the store, and general clean up.

As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that components are accurately assembled to meet quality standards.
Duties
- Assemble components and parts according to specifications and blueprints.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to fabricate and assemble products efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the assembly line.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
- Experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility is preferred.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes and warehouse operations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
