Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations within our distribution center. This position involves various tasks related to order fulfillment, inventory control, maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment and forklift operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and pallet jacks.
- Assist in receiving shipments, verifying contents, and organizing products in designated storage areas.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is preferred.
- Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack, or other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
