Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load and unload materials efficiently.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of goods within the warehouse.
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes, including order picking and inventory management.
- Adhere to safety regulations and OSHA standards while performing tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and materials handling
- Proficient in forklift operation, including loading and unloading
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform equipment repairs
- Strong skills in shipping, receiving, and order picking
- Ability to lift heavy items and operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and reach trucks
