OVERALL PURPOSE/FUNCTION:
To maintain proper and accurate inventory control with production allocations, ensure complete and accurate batch documentation and help support allocation training as needed.

- Ensure that ALL raw materials are scanned into the correct batch locations.
- Ensure that ALL raw materials are documented on the correct batch logs.
- Review batch system allocations for accuracy using the BAT report.
- Assist the batch analyst in resolving batch discrepancies.
- Assist in allocation training of personnel.
- Reconcile inventory to allocations and Bridge (MCP intranet).
- Assist with physical inventories.
- Perform any other assigned tasks in relation to this position.
Inventory Control personnel should:
- Be organized, motivated, analytical and capable problem solvers.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Adhere to the attendance policy.
- Verify, enter, and update data in databases.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma OR GED
- Communication Skills: written and verbal.
- MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
